Before I get started, can I just say that I absolutely LOVE being married. I have the most incredible husband and he has taught me the most amazing things. one of those things is the joy of using the snooze button. Believe it or not, I was never a snooze-button-user until I got married over 5 years ago. I never knew the use of getting only 9 more minutes of sleep.
now, I know.
I have now become an avid snooze-button-user, and as much as I desire to be a morning person (which I'm convinced that by this point in my life, if I don't like mornings, I probably never will...), those 9 minutes of sleep are sheer bliss.
So, after hitting the snooze button 3 times this morning, I am now awake (in a sense) and ready to blog!
There are SO many things going on this month! I just booked my 10th wedding of the season! I am so excited and have such fun couples that I am working with this year!!!
I only take 2 weddings per month, so if you're reading this and you want to book - contact me asap!!

I have an amazing friend, Thiago Pinto, who is taking 25 people on a trip to Niger, in Africa in May. He started a non-profit called HOPE SFC (Soccer For Christ) and he's also the Head Soccer Coach at Bethel College in Indiana. He's taking a team of players to play the Niger National Soccer Team in the national stadium!!! They'll also be doing some outreach and working with another mission already in Niger in hopes to feed over 500 people while they are there for 10 days.
So - if you book a portrait session with me in March or April I am donating 50% of your session to HOPE SFC! This is an amazing group that I whole-heartedly support -and trust me - if I could play soccer and I could get away, I would be on a plane to Niger!!now, I know.

AND FINALLY- one llast announcement! I am working on a NEW WEBSITE! This has been months in the making and I have finally found a design and company that I love! So stay tuned - I'm hoping it will be up within a week and we'll have some Specials once it's up and running! So forgive me for not blogging much....there's alot goin' on right now!!! However - I will say that I shot an ADORABLE little boy this past Sunday - so I will post some pictures of him in the next day or so.
